Chia is loaded with protein and omega-3’s to keep your body clean & healthy. Adding these seeds to your coconut water gives it a jelly-like texture while still tasting amazing. Only three ingredients and you can achieve this nutritious drink recipe.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8.5 oz of Hydra Coco Sport Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add coconut water to a glass. Stir in chia seeds and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish with lime and enjoy!
