Mango Coconut Smoothie

This layered smoothie is loaded with mangos aiding in a healthy digestive system and weight loss. Top it with extra coconut cream and flax seeds for more antioxidants and omega-3s.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 mango, peeled and seed removed

½ cup coconut cream, separated

½ cup Hydra Coco Mango Sparkling Water

5-6 ice cubes

1 banana

1 tbsp honey

Flax seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend mango, ¼ cup coconut cream, sparkling water, ice cubes, banana and honey. Pour into glasses then top with extra coconut cream and flax seeds.
